Here, a Diamond I Give to YouHere, a diamond I give to you:thumb365997140:
and hope you’ll hold dear
and your care for it true.
For that diamond I’ve kept
for years and years on end
always feeling it was trapped.
But when I saw one
who seemed to glow like God
under the yellow sun.
You. I knew this jewel,
a fragile and cold thing
would no longer be cool.
Yes, for you it warmed.
And for you the diamond
melted and formed.
I hope that in return
for my most treasured thing,
the reason, you learn,
Is to give yours to me,
that precious stone
in your hand, I see.
“Here, a diamond I give to you,”
you say with bright joy.
And our loving trade goes through.
Escape the VoidI wander through a desolate place
A plane of existence where no one lays
I stay here in silence
Nothing but me in this empty void
I hate this place
It's nothing but me
I hate it so much
But I can't escape it
This empty space has trapped me here
There is no door, no window, no hope
I'm forever alone, forgotten
No help, no thoughts
But wait
Is there light
Was that a shadow
Is someone there
If there is will you see me
Will you help me leave this place
Take me somewhere safe
I need to escape
Pause a moment
It was nothing
I'm still alone
I hate you
Why world do you keep me here
What is this torture
Forever spiteful, hateful
I'll destroy this domain
Escape I shall
Prepare yourself
I'm alone
But strong
My breakout is near
Don't search for I will be gone
You don't have to look for me at all
I'll be coming to you
Run! Run in fear!
I'll carry my blade.
My brain melted down to scrap.
I will hunt all of you down, better be fast.
Traitor!
I won't be alone!
Ha I won't.
You will
All you fools will be
From Where Ideas BreedIdeas do not come just popping up out of no where. Ideas form from dialogue. Occasionally, this means literal dialogue between two people that have half baked ideas and through conversation spark a fully formed idea. Other times the dialogue is between two or more things that did not make sense together until someone makes the connection. This dialogue takes place between anything and another anything.:thumb511220426: :thumb203774029: :thumb425149198: :thumb507162728: :thumb476001044: :thumb483053101: :thumb514614764: :thumb391871601: :thumb512553569: :thumb514143103:
Some of the most fruitful breeding grounds to conceive ideas are at a coffee shop, a warm shower, a warm bed, or a warm coat when one is taking a walk and nothing else around them is warm but the coat. My theory for why ideas like warm cozy places is because the only thoughts that go through a person’s minds when they are cold are: “I am so #$%*ing cold” and “I wish I was warm”.
My most interesting ideas come from all these kinds of dialogues, but the fastest way for me to get an engaging idea is to do a task where I do not have to think about what I am doin
